Helicopter Game
This game oozes addiction. All you have to do is control your helicopter through the pixely greenish cave for as long as you can. It's retro 80s style graphics and simplicity make it one of the most fun games that I personally have ever played.
Fishy
You're a fish. You eat littler fish. You get bigger. Bigger fish eat you. Sound lame? I know it does. It is absolutely one of the best flash games I have ever played though. Very fun.

World of Warcraft
Yes I am that big of a nerd. WoW is an incredibly fun game despite its 15 dollar a month subscription fee. You get to run all over the world of Azeroth, defeating foes, making gold, performing quests and taking down dungeons with other players. You can interact with the thousands of other people on your server or be more of a lone wolf. The possibilties are really endless.
Toadwater
Toadwater is a farming simulation game and is also an MMO. You can plant various plants and create certain things to "level up." You can buy and sell things with other players and there is a political hierarchy working within the game.

Pandemic II
This game is one of my personal favorites, and also incredibly frustrating. It's also a great way to show that all flash games do not have to ridiculously simple. You play as a parasite, bacteria, or virus and attempt to destroy the entire world. By the end of this game, you will hate madagascar, guaranteed. Play and you'll understand.
